Zenit IFA reagents is a complete line of products for the detection of autoantibodies against various subcellular components.
All the reagents are designed to be used in combination with Zenit PRO or any other Zenit IFA processors and Zenit fast.
The preparation, reading and interpretation of the substrates is totally automated, improving standardization and reducing hands on time. The presence of barcodes ensures full traceability.
Each component is rigorously optimized:our conjugates contain ideal F/P ratios to produce clear specific fluorescence. Counterstains are formulated to provide the best contrast and reduce background. Serum diluents stabilize antigen/antibody complexes and preserve ideal morphology to provide clear reactions. Our mounting medium is specifically formulated to preserve staining with minimal fading.

In Menarini ELISA kits the immobilisation method is mainly direct, with the antigen of interest directly coated onto the wells of the microplate, while the detection method is indirect (see picture below).
